Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refunds, less an administrative fee of $50 for physicians / nurse practitioners, and $25 for all other categories, will be made for written cancellations received by November 1, 2025. Access to Virtual Event
Access details for the virtual conference will be provided 24 to 48 hours prior to the event. Presentation handouts will be made available electronically at the same time.
Content will be live-streamed on Zoom.
Access to Asynchronous On-demand Course (post-course)
The asynchronous course will be available from December 8, 2025 to March 8, 2026. All presentations will be recorded with audio, video and screen-capture on the day of the live presentation and will be made available in a password-protected section of the event app. Only registered participants will be able to access these recordings. Access information will be provided on December 8, 2025.
